The Snappy Trust is guided by a Trust Deed adopted on 8th May 1985, and amended on 23rd Jan 2018. Our Management Committee includes four officers: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. We can also have up to four elected members and two co-opted members.

Members are elected at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year and serve for one year, with the option for re-election or re-co-option. The Trustees meet at least five times a year to oversee our charity's operations. Our salaried staff, appointed by the Trustees, manage the day-to-day activities of the charity.
