A big thank you to the Inner Wheel Club of York for supporting Snappy’s Challenge 40.

We were delighted to welcome Yorkshire Tenor Jake Walsh to Snappy Trust headquarters for a cheque handover to Anne Stamp, following his concert with the York Military Wives Choir in November.

On 19 October 2025, Andrew completed his first full marathon in support of The Snappy Trust, raising an incredible £1,100 on JustGiving, more than 220% of his original fundraising target. Behind the miles was a story rooted in family, resilience and a strong connection to The Snappy Trust.

On 12 October, Jay took on the Manchester Half Marathon in support of The Snappy Trust, raising £257 through JustGiving and reaching 128% of his original target.

On Saturday 31st May 2025, we celebrated our 40th birthday – and we were absolutely blown away by the turnout. Families past and present, long-time supporters, volunteers, staff, and friends old and new all came together to mark the occasion. The love in the room was something we’ll never forget.

Steve Coates, a local producer who recently sold out four theatre shows in York, is organising a special event in support of Snappy!

Anne Stamp, who has worked for Snappy for almost 30 years, was honoured in a ceremony that saw a bus named after her!
