The Snappy Trust are delighted to announce that we have moved to Hob Moor Children's Centre, Green Lane, Acomb, York, YO24 4PS
The Snappy Trust has worked with children and young people in York, with wide ranging disabilities, for over 35 years.
For many years, we have wanted to develop and grow our projects so we can maximise the personal development of children and young people; so we can support their families through each life transition; and so we can continue to deliver schemes and projects which empower, enthuse and encourage our children and young people.
We are absolutely delighted to reveal that we now have the opportunity to do this as we move to Hob Moor Children's Centre in Acomb.
The move will help us to reimagine our future services, tailoring them more specifically to the needs of our children and young people at the time.
We are very excited about the new premises and can't wait to introduce you to it. Stay tuned!
